At MSD I have got an 8 year old girl doing Karate and Kickboxing. After starting at Karate at the age of 3, she has done Karate for 4 years then started with kickboxing at the age of 7 with the kickboxing being from age 5 - 16 she was a little nervous but as like the staff the other students are amazing too. She enjoys every second of her classes and I would recommend having a free trial and seeing for yourself!

I would highly recommend MSD. My daughter has been coming here now for nearly a year now and to see how much she has grown in confidence is amazing. She suffers with anxiety so wanted somewhere that would help to build up her confidence and help her with this and it definitely has. It has also really improved her fitness level which has helped with her asthma too.Mike and his team are all lovely and amazing and nothing is too much trouble. She has just achieved her yellow belt which she is very proud of.

My daughter loves going and it's so great for her confidence and physical health as well as co-ordination. Instructors are brilliant, friendly, welcoming and encourage everyone to be their best in a really supportive way. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
