MSD Evolution has been in bishops Cleeve teaching martial arts to all, for over 25 years and with over 300 members ageing from 3 years to over 55 the club has something for everyone.

The Ladies kickboxing run by Andree Warbrick and holder of many kickboxing and K1 titles has grown this group of lady kick-boxers into a fantastic group of friends, training partners and team mates who not only train together also enjoy the social side with nights out.
