Adult Kickboxing is a great class that improves your cardio, strength, stamina, agility, flexibility & confidence. We have lots of classes throughout the week so you can choose the time that suits you best.
You wont be sparring unless you want to.
What to bring to class for the first time:
- Comfortable clothes that wont restrict movement
- Boxing gloves if you already have some (we have spare gloves if you don’t)
- A drink for after the class
