Welcome to our Turbo tots karate group, the fun and safe fitness training syllabus for children, 3 to 4 years old. The syllabus is designed to encourage the development of motor skills, balance, endurance, flexibility, strength, and the coordination of eye, hand and foot. Through this development, each child should find greater self-confidence and self-esteem while getting ready for the next age group + they might even get to meet Drax.
Our classes help build confidence and self-esteem with motivated instructors guiding children through karate techniques and drills in a fun environment, giving them a fantastic head start in their journey of life, helping them to cope with the daily challenges life brings.
